SUMMARY:Slow Flow Yoga @ The Plant
DESCRIPTION:This slow-flow vinyasa class is focused on building strength and encouraging flexibility. Class begins with a short grounding and centering exercise during which students are guided into their breathwork practice\, followed by gentle movements to warm up the body. We’ll then move through modified sun salutations and standing postures\, after which\, inversions will be offered to support the circulatory system. The class will end with seated and reclined postures to cool the body down and prepare for savasana. Modifications are offered throughout practice\, and all levels are welcome! \nThis class will meet outside on the lawn in front of the stage\, or in Building 2 in the event of rain. If you have any questions\, head into Fair Game Beverage Company and someone there will show you where to go.

SUMMARY:Zumba Fitness Class
DESCRIPTION:Zumba Fitness is a dance inspired\, instructor led fitness class that feels like a party on the dance floor. Move and groove to international and latin rhythms from around the world while learning new dance steps in the process. Start off with feet\, add arms\, then start follow the pattern shown through non-verbal direction at the front of the class. Tanja has been teaching Zumba fitness classes since 2012 in and around Chatham County. She also teaches Zumba Gold classes for those who need a little less intensity\, have balance issues or injuries\, and still want to party\, but in a safe environment. SUMMARY:Slow Flow Yoga @ The Plant
DESCRIPTION:This slow-flow vinyasa class is focused on building strength and encouraging flexibility. Class begins with a short grounding and centering exercise during which students are guided into their breathwork practice\, followed by gentle movements to warm up the body. We’ll then move through modified sun salutations and standing postures\, after which\, inversions will be offered to support the circulatory system. The class will end with seated and reclined postures to cool the body down and prepare for savasana. Modifications are offered throughout practice\, and all levels are welcome! \nThis class will meet outside on the lawn in front of the stage\, or in Building 2 in the event of rain. If you have any questions\, head into Fair Game Beverage Company and someone there will show you where to go.

DESCRIPTION:We meet the last Sunday of each month\, from 1:00-3:00 pm. All textile artists and craftspeople age 16 to 100+ are invited. Each month\, we offer a brief “spotlight on…” introduction and short discussion including\, but not limited to:\nweaving\, spinning\, felting\, crochet\, knitting\, basketry\, tatting and lacework\, fine needle work and embroidery\, quilting\, dyeing\, rug hooking\, etc… (you get the idea!)\nThere is no fee to join our Textiles & Craft group\, but please plan on contributing to our monthly Craft Cash Stash donation bucket. Each meeting\, a non-profit organization or needful individual will be identified as the recipient of our collected funds.\nCome and explore multi-disciplinary craft techniques in an open\, inclusive\, non-judgmental environment.
