SUMMARY:Slow Flow Yoga @ The Plant
DESCRIPTION:This slow-flow vinyasa class is focused on building strength and encouraging flexibility. Class begins with a short grounding and centering exercise during which students are guided into their breathwork practice\, followed by gentle movements to warm up the body. We’ll then move through modified sun salutations and standing postures\, after which\, inversions will be offered to support the circulatory system. The class will end with seated and reclined postures to cool the body down and prepare for savasana. Modifications are offered throughout practice\, and all levels are welcome! \nThis class will meet outside on the lawn in front of the stage\, or in Building 2 in the event of rain. If you have any questions\, head into Fair Game Beverage Company and someone there will show you where to go.

SUMMARY:Triangle Jazz Orchestra @ The Plant
DESCRIPTION:Calling all dancers! The Triangle Jazz Orchestra returns to The Plant this month! \nThe Triangle Jazz Orchestra is a big band composed of enthusiastic musicians from across the Triangle area of North Carolina. They perform the great American music of the jazz masters of the swing era\, including Count Basie\, Duke Ellington\, Glenn Miller\, Artie Shaw\, Benny Goodman\, and Benny Carter as well as more recent jazz and blues tunes. Their 18 musicians including vocalist Greg Hohn play in the traditional big band format with a full horn section for rich harmonies and a complete rhythm section for a driving\, danceable beat. Come out grab a drink and dinner from Fair Game Beverage Co.\, BMC Brewing\, Kingston 99\, Lilly Den Farm Meats and Eats and JDub’s PoBoys and have a great time dancing to some wonderful music! \n*There is no cover for music\, but tips for the musicians are encouraged. Most events are rain or shine; if we are in a position of having to cancel\, we will try to do so well in advance.*

SUMMARY:Slow Flow Yoga @ The Plant
DESCRIPTION:This slow-flow vinyasa class is focused on building strength and encouraging flexibility. Class begins with a short grounding and centering exercise during which students are guided into their breathwork practice\, followed by gentle movements to warm up the body. We’ll then move through modified sun salutations and standing postures\, after which\, inversions will be offered to support the circulatory system. The class will end with seated and reclined postures to cool the body down and prepare for savasana. Modifications are offered throughout practice\, and all levels are welcome! \nThis class will meet outside on the lawn in front of the stage\, or in Building 2 in the event of rain. If you have any questions\, head into Fair Game Beverage Company and someone there will show you where to go.

SUMMARY:Slow Flow Yoga @ The Plant
DESCRIPTION:This slow-flow vinyasa class is focused on building strength and encouraging flexibility. Class begins with a short grounding and centering exercise during which students are guided into their breathwork practice\, followed by gentle movements to warm up the body. We’ll then move through modified sun salutations and standing postures\, after which\, inversions will be offered to support the circulatory system. The class will end with seated and reclined postures to cool the body down and prepare for savasana. Modifications are offered throughout practice\, and all levels are welcome! \nThis class will meet outside on the lawn in front of the stage\, or in Building 2 in the event of rain. If you have any questions\, head into Fair Game Beverage Company and someone there will show you where to go.
