Fifth and seventh graders of J.S. Waters will experience the balance of African rhythmic arts, including dance, drums, percussion and song. They’ll also learn about and create Adinkra visual art. The Magic of African Rhythm will weave history and social studies into a 3-day workshop with fifth graders.
