ClydeFEST Food Vendor Application

We’re all set with a great variety of beverage and frozen treat vendors, but we’re still looking for food vendors for ClydeFEST 2025! We’re looking to offer a variety for families, including some options that are kid-approved, culturally diverse, and/or friendly for vegetarians and gluten-intolerant folks. Last year, we had more than 2,500 visitors. That’s a lot of kiddos and parents to feed!

Date & Time:  Sunday, April 13, 2025. 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: East Lawn of the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center in Pittsboro, NC

Food vendors should arrive by 10 a.m. to set up. There is no access to electricity, so please plan to be self-sufficient. Food vendors are expected to remain open until ClydeFEST ends at 4 p.m.

Participation fee: 10% of gross sales. Fees will be collected as we all pack up at the end of ClydeFEST day.

Application Deadline: January 31, 2025

Status notification will be sent within 7 days of receiving your application.

**Note: To apply, food vendors must upload copies of your:

  • Certificate of Insurance with Chatham County named as additional insured, AND
  • Current Health Department Inspection Certification OR Chatham County Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application. If you need to complete a Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application with the Chatham County Health Department, you can find the Temporary Food Establishment Permit portal on this page.

One more thing :: We’ll welcome your assistance in promoting this unique family friendly event by liking our Facebook page, sharing posts, and following and retweeting our Tweets with #ClydeFEST. We’ll do the same for you. It’ll be a #winwin!
