Food vendors with a variety of delicious and healthy foods are welcome to join ClydeFEST! Close to two thousand visitors have attended ClydeFEST in previous years, and we anticipate more this year. That’s a lot of bellies to feed!
ClydeFEST is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Food vendors should arrive by 9 a.m. to set up. There is no access to electricity at the Bynum Ballfield (the ClydeFEST location), so please plan to be self-sufficient. Food vendors are expected to remain set up until ClydeFEST ends at 4 p.m.
Please complete and submit the application below by August 19. We’ll inform you of the status of your application by September 2. Food vendors must have current proof of permanent health department inspection certification and/or have filled out a Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application with the Chatham County Health Department by September 8.
Chatham Arts Council charges no registration or set-up fees to food vendors, however we kindly ask that you join the other food vendors in providing complimentary meals for our volunteers. We ask that all food vendors provide an equal number of meals. Volunteers will be given tickets to turn in to you. When you have provided your allotted number of complimentary volunteer meals, you are welcome to send volunteers seeking meals from you to other vendors.
