Food vendors with a variety of delicious and healthy foods are welcome to join ClydeFEST! Approximately 2,000 visitors have attended ClydeFEST in previous years, and we anticipate larger attendance each year. That’s a lot of bellies to feed!
Date & Time: Saturday, April 25, 2020. 11am–4pm. Rain Date: Sunday, April 26.
Food vendors should arrive by 9am to set up. There is no access to electricity at the Bynum Ballfield (the ClydeFEST location), so please plan to be self-sufficient. Food vendors are expected to remain open until ClydeFEST ends at 4pm.
Participation fee: 10% of gross sales. Fees will be collected as we all pack up at the end of ClydeFEST day.
Application Deadline: March 5, 2020.
**Note: Food vendors must have current proof of a permanent health department inspection certification and/or have completed a Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application with the Chatham County Health Department by March 10.
