Food vendors with a variety of delicious and healthy foods are welcome to join ClydeFEST! Close to two thousand visitors have attended ClydeFEST in previous years, and we anticipate more this year. That’s a lot of bellies to feed!
ClydeFEST is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Food vendors should arrive by 9 a.m. to set up. There is no access to electricity at the Bynum Ballfield (the ClydeFEST location), so please plan to be self-sufficient. Food vendors are expected to remain set up until ClydeFEST ends at 4 p.m.
Please complete and submit the application below by March 1. We’ll inform you of the status of your application by March 15. Food vendors must have current proof of permanent health department inspection certification and/or have filled out a Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application with the Chatham County Health Department by March 15.
Please note: We’re changing things up a bit! We won’t require food vendors to donate menu items for volunteers this year. Instead, we’ll be charging a participation fee to food vendors of either 10% of sales or $200–your choice. Fees will be collected as we all pack up at the end of ClydeFEST day.
