ClydeFEST Volunteer Registration

More than anything, it takes people—excellent people—to create the awesomeness that is ClydeFEST. So, we’re sure glad you found your way to this page!

Most volunteer positions are available on the set-up day of Friday, April 11th or the day of the event, which is Sunday, April 13th. (We also need a few fabulous folks with access to a vehicle to drive around our big ol’ county with posters and flyers in late March.)

If you volunteer for FRIDAY, APRIL 11, SET UP DAY, here is what you can expect: Most positions require some toting and lifting, so check out the descriptions of each role to see what’s required. Be prepared to be on your feet a fair amount, as our space is large! We’ll have snacks and water on hand for you to refresh yourself! Ideally, we’ll need around 50 volunteers throughout the set up day.

If you volunteer for SUNDAY, APRIL 13, DAY OF EVENT, here is what you can expect: We ask that you’re ready to smile and welcome guests during the event, no matter what position you take. You can work with children directly, or have more of a support role. And if volunteering during the festival is not your thing, we ALWAYS welcome help with breaking down the event right after.

Go ahead and register here to help us create some ClydeFEST magic this year on the East Lawn of the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center. See you then and there!
