Blackspace + Pierce Freelon Bring Digital Literacy Residency to Chatham Middle School

Grammy-nominated musician Pierce Freelon and Blackspace bring a 10-day workshop to Chatham Middle School where seventh graders will learn to use music editing software to create electronic beats.
This residency is made possible through partnership with Chatham County Schools, Shakori Roots in Schools, Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival, and Chatham Arts Council. This residency is powered by Blue Cross NC.
