Food vendors with a variety of delicious and healthy foods are welcome to join ClydeFEST! Last year, we had over 2,500 visitors! That is a lot of kiddos and parents to feed!
Date & Time: Sunday, April 14, 2024. 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: East Lawn of the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center in Pittsboro, NC
Food vendors should arrive by 10 a.m. to set up. There is no access to electricity, so please plan to be self-sufficient. Food vendors are expected to remain open until ClydeFEST ends at 5 p.m.
Participation fee: 10% of gross sales. Fees will be collected as we all pack up at the end of ClydeFEST day.
Application Deadline: March 25, 2024
Status notification will be sent within 7 days of receiving your application.
**Note: Food vendors must have current proof of a permanent health department inspection certification and/or have completed a Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application with the Chatham County Health Department by March 25.
