The next monthly Pittsboro Finally Fridays Arts Walk is August 15 from 5-8 PM in downtown Pittsboro (Hillsboro St. (main street) & surrounding areas). “Experience the Artistry of Ice Cream”, the theme for August’s arts walk event, promises a fun evening for all. Participate in the ice cream eating competition and ice cream themed scavenger hunt raffle. Explore the shops, check out the sales and browse the arts and crafts booths along the Social District sidewalks during this arts walk event.
Chris Doss, located at the Pittsboro Social District’s Welcome Center “Stage” provides Pittsboro Finally Fridays Arts Walk’s music! He is known for his rich baritone voice and heartfelt acoustic renditions of beloved songs from the ’80s through today. Blending elements of classic pop, alternative, and Americana, Chris brings a fresh yet familiar sound that resonates with audiences of all ages.
Pittsboro (PBO) Finally Fridays Arts Walk occurs the third Friday evening of each month, transforming downtown Pittsboro into an interactive vibrant arts destination. The event is free to the public and participating artists.
Experience Pittsboro Finally Fridays Arts Walk through the eyes of its beloved sheep mascot who is small in stature, but full of personality. His favorite pastime is hanging out with people during this monthly 3rd Friday Arts Walk event. Recently Pittsboro portrait photographer Charles Odell captured Lil Bigman’s spirit and charm during their unique photo session.
