Pittsboro Sculpture Celebration Opening Day
The 2nd Annual Pittsboro Sculpture Celebration kicks off with a big day of art, music, food, and community at The Plant!
Join us on Saturday, September 19 for the Opening Weekend Celebration and come experience the exhibition alongside the artists, art lovers, collectors, and curious community members who make Pittsboro’s creative scene so special.
Wander The Plant’s 17-acre campus and discover sculptures throughout the grounds, meet the artists behind the work, enjoy live music, grab a bite and a drink, and spend the day celebrating the opening of this year’s exhibition.
Whether you’re looking for your next piece of art, excited to meet local and regional artists, or simply want to spend a great Saturday surrounded by creative people, this is the day to come celebrate the Sculpture Celebration.

Join us Friday, September 18 for an exclusive Sculpture Celebration Artist’s Dinner on the pavers. Enjoy a Latin-Caribbean fusion buffet from Ta Contento and Kingston 99, live jazz from the Daniel DeLorenzo Trio, and an intimate evening with the artists featured in this year’s exhibition.
The sculpture exhibition runs September 10, 2026–January 10, 2027, but Opening Weekend is the time to really celebrate!
